Welcome to SEPTEMBER Staying Driven!
How about those BURPEES?! :) - For those that don't know, or haven't seen yet; our challenge this month is 5 minutes of max reps burpees! We are all in this together. Get after it and make sure to log your workouts in SUGARWOD!
There will only be 1 LIVE class on Monday. 9amPST/12pm EST. The workout will be posted so, if you can't make it to class we would love to see your scores posted up on the leaderboard.
