Adaptive Functional Fitness
Functional movement, mobility work, and accessible conditioning designed to support strength, confidence, and long-term wellness.

Mindset & Mental Skills
Because fitness isn't only physical. These sessions focus on mindset, mental skills, and breaking through barriers both in and out of the gym.

Adaptive Workout
A total-body cardio and strength-conditioning workout with a new workout every week. The goal is to challenge you while working within your own abilities.

Accessible Yoga
Yoga and movement designed to make the practice accessible to more bodies and abilities.

Coaching from People Who Get It
Staying Driven isn't simply a collection of online workouts. It's a community led by coaches with extensive experience in fitness, adaptive athletics, wellness, and disability advocacy.

Steph Roach
Founder & Head Coach
Steph has been involved in fitness for more than 10 years and has helped pave the way for adaptive athletes in functional fitness. Living with cerebral palsy herself, she understands firsthand the importance of making fitness accessible while creating an environment where people can focus on their own progress.

Brad Marshall
Human Performance Coach
Brad holds a master's degree in Sport Psychology and has worked with athletes, soldiers, first responders, and corporate employees on mental skills and mindset training. He brings that experience to Staying Driven to help athletes work through mental barriers and reach their goals.

Paul Gustafson
Adaptive Fitness Coach
Paul is a C5-6 quadriplegic from Saskatchewan and a former national and provincial wheelchair rugby athlete. He also teaches Adapted Physical Activity at the University of Saskatchewan and brings his experience as an adaptive athlete to the Staying Driven community.

Angelique Lele
Yoga Instructor
Adaptive Fitness Coach
Angelique has been teaching yoga since 2007. After a 2012 accident left her paralyzed, she returned to teaching yoga within two months and has dedicated much of her work to making yoga accessible to people with disabilities.

Bobby Rohan
Adaptive Fitness Coach
Bobby became a C5/6 quadriplegic at 17 and went on to compete in wheelchair sports, including 25 years of quad rugby. He also has extensive experience in peer mentoring through his work with Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center.

Farz Ali
Coach & Disability Advocate
Farz is a C5-6 spinal cord injury survivor and passionate disability advocate and educator. Her work has included mentoring, accessibility advocacy, fundraising, universal design education, and helping people with disabilities find ways to stay active.
