Adaptive Group Fitness Classes
Live fitness programming for groups, organizations, and communities.
Staying Driven brings live, interactive fitness classes directly to the groups and organizations that want to make movement more accessible to the people they serve.
Whether you're looking for adaptive fitness programming for a disability organization, a wellness opportunity for employees, a fitness class for a community group, or a private workout for your members, Staying Driven can provide a fitness experience built around your group.
Group classes are available for anywhere virtually through Zoom, with in-person programming also available in the greater Phoenix area.

Fitness Designed Around Your Group
Your group is unique.
Your fitness programming can be, too.
Staying Driven's group programming gives organizations the opportunity to offer live fitness without needing a dedicated fitness facility or requiring everyone to be in the same location.
Classes can be structured around the needs, abilities, and goals of the people participating. Our experienced coaches understand that not everyone moves the same way and that a good workout doesn't require everyone to do the exact same thing.
Whether your group meets online or in person, the goal is the same: keep participants engaged, help them become as functional as possible, and create an environment where people can challenge themselves, celebrate progress, and have a good time.

For organizations and groups in the greater Phoenix area, Staying Driven can also offer in-person group fitness programming. Get the same adaptive, participant-focused approach in a shared physical space.

Built for Real People with Different Abilities
Coaching that meets people where they are.
Staying Driven was created around a simple idea: fitness should be accessible to more people.
Founder and head coach Steph Roach has spent more than a decade in fitness and has helped pave the way for adaptive athletes in functional fitness. Living with cerebral palsy herself, Steph understands that every athlete brings a different body, experience, ability, and starting point to a workout. That perspective carries through to the entire Staying Driven coaching team.
Whether participants are quadriplegic, paraplegic, aging, new to exercise, experienced athletes, or somewhere in between, coaches work to help each person find ways to participate, move, and challenge themselves.
