Memorial Day Monday

Summer is in full swing and Memorial Day weekend is upon us! While MDW is often filled with fun summer activities, family, friends and food; it's also a time to honor those who have lost their lives fighting for our country!


As it is tradition in many areas of fitness, we will be doing an adapted version of "MURPH" on Monday.


In case you’re unfamiliar, “Murph” is a classic CrossFit workout known as a Hero Workout Of the Day. Hero WOD’s are made by CrossFit to honor the men and women that have fallen in the line of duty. This one is specifically to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.


Monday's Schedule: 9AM & 12PM (EST) ONLY.

We hope to see you at the virtual white board ready to get to work and kick off memorial day Monday with us!
